We obtained a high Nathers rating for both houses by incorporating double glazed commercial windows, high quality insulation and lots of it and complemented by a solar system.

Renovation and Extension
Full renovation and extension of an inner-city period terrace house that involved restoring the original features of the home and redesigning the floor plan. A complex project including major structural work to create a basement level to the property and a rear extension. The project incorporated triple glazed windows, heat pump water system, electric in slab heating and a large solar system creating a high performing energy efficient home.
